1. 负责客房的日常清洁与整理，包括更换床品、补充客用物品、清洁卫生间等，确保房间整洁卫生并符合酒店标准。
2. 按照操作流程对客房设施进行检查，及时发现并上报设备故障或安全隐患。
3. 遵守客房服务规范，礼貌接待宾客，协助满足其合理服务需求，提升客户满意度。
4. 完成上级交办的其他客房相关工作，配合团队完成楼层及公共区域的保洁任务。
1. 具有良好的服务意识和责任心，能适应轮班工作制度。
2. 具备基本的沟通能力，能够清晰理解工作任务并有效执行。
3. 有酒店或住宿业客房服务工作经验者优先，接受过相关培训者优先考虑。
4. 身体健康，能够胜任一定强度的体力劳动。
