1. 负责客房的日常清洁与整理工作，包括更换床单被罩、清洁卫生间等，确保客房环境整洁舒适。
2. 及时补充客房内消耗品，如洗发水、沐浴露、卫生纸等，保证客人使用需求。
3. 检查客房设施设备的完好情况，如发现损坏或故障，及时上报并协助维修人员进行维修。
4. 响应客人的服务需求，或协助解决其他问题，确保客人满意度。
5. 参与客房的定期深度清洁工作，如地毯清洗、窗帘除尘等，保持客房长期良好的卫生状况。
1. 初中学历及以上，具备基本的读写能力和沟通能力。
2. 身体健康，能够承受客房清洁工作的体力要求，如搬运物品、长时间站立等。
3. 具备良好的服务意识和责任心，能够热情、耐心地对待客人，确保服务质量。
4. 有客房服务或相关行业工作经验者优先考虑，但非必需条件。
5. 能够适应轮班工作制度，包括周末和节假日的工作安排。
