1. 负责客房的日常清洁与整理工作，包括更换床单、被罩、毛巾等布草，确保客房环境整洁、舒适。
2. 检查客房内设施设备的完好情况，如灯具、空调、电视等，及时报告并协助维修损坏的设施。
3. 根据客人需求，提供额外的客房服务，如补充洗漱用品、提供额外枕头或毛毯等。
4. 响应客人的服务请求，如送餐服务、洗衣服务等，确保客人需求得到及时满足。
5. 参与客房的定期深度清洁工作，如地毯清洗、窗帘清洗等，保持客房长期的新鲜感。
6. 协助前台处理客人入住和退房时的相关事宜，如引导客人至客房、解答客人疑问等。
7. 遵守酒店的安全规定和操作程序，确保客房服务过程中的安全。
