Salary: 4000 - 4500
1. 统筹管理客房部日常运营，包括客房清洁、布草管理、设备维护及服务质量监督，确保符合酒店服务标准与卫生规范；
2. 负责客房部员工排班、培训，提升服务意识与专业能力；
3. 处理宾客关于客房服务的咨询、投诉与特殊需求，及时协调解决，保障客户满意度；
4. 定期巡检客房及公共区域，识别并跟进设施故障、安全隐患及服务短板，落实整改；
5. 配合前厅、工程、安保等部门开展跨部门协作，支持酒店整体运营目标达成。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备高星级酒店客房部主管或同等岗位工作经验，熟悉五星级或精品酒店服务标准者优先；
3. 熟悉客房运营全流程，具备基础消防、应急处理及职业健康安全知识；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件应对能力。
