协助酒店前厅、客房、餐饮或行政等部门完成日常运营支持工作，包括但不限于宾客接待、信息登记、文件整理、数据录入及活动筹备等基础事务；
参与部门组织的业务培训与实操练习，了解酒店服务标准、安全规范及职业素养要求；
在导师指导下完成阶段性实习任务，并按要求提交实习记录与总结报告。
.高校在读本科生或专科生，旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；
具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识和团队协作精神，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
遵守国家法律法规及酒店规章制度，无违法违纪记录，身心健康，能胜任岗位基本工作要求
