1.协助西饼房厨师完成日常糕点、面包及甜品的制作与准备工作。
2.负责操作区域的清洁与整理，确保符合食品安全与卫生标准。
3.学习并掌握各类烘焙原料的特性及使用方法，配合完成产品出品。
4.遵守厨房工作流程，协助完成食材称量、面团处理、烘烤监控等基础操作。
5.完成上级交办的其他辅助性工作，积极参与岗位技能培训。
1.在读学生身份，具备中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，烹饪、西餐工艺等相关专业优先。
2.对烘焙行业有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的学习态度和团队合作意识。
3.能够遵守食品卫生与安全生产规范，适应轮班工作安排。
