1.协助西厨房厨师完成日常备餐、食材准备及基础烹饪工作
2.按照标准操作流程完成食品切配、酱料制作、盘饰等辅助性工作
3.遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保工作环境符合酒店运营标准
4.完成上级交办的其他辅助性工作任务
1.在读学生，具备中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，餐饮相关专业优先
2.对餐饮服务行业有热情，愿意在西厨房岗位学习和实践
3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，工作认真负责
4.能够适应轮班制工作安排
