Salary: 4000 - 6000
1、保证酒店内所有人员的人身安全和财产安全，确保酒店安全的经营环境
2、确保每位保安人员明确其工作职责
3、制定安全培训计划，做好酒店员工的安全培训
4、巡视所有区域并做好详细记录，避免安全事故发生
5、健全安全和消防条例；完成材料的收集和档案整理工作
6、对安全消防各类设施、设备、器材等进行检查、维护、保养
7、配合当地公安部门的工作，发生问题要协助调查
8、负责协调处理保安部各值班岗位的日常事务，落实办公室各项工作指令
9、在上级领导下，直接负责本班次岗位上的安全保卫工作，负责安排上岗执勤人员的岗位分配，组织安排替换岗，保证不出现空岗现象。
1、有同档酒店保安工作3年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训，有一定的管理经验
2、良好的沟通能力
3、有一定处理突发事件的能力
