1. 负责婚宴市场的开拓与维护，积极寻找潜在客户，建立并维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度。
2. 根据客户需求，提供个性化的婚宴策划方案，包括场地布置、菜单设计、活动流程安排等，确保婚宴的顺利进行。
3. 协调内部资源，包括餐饮、服务、场地等，确保婚宴服务的质量与效率，满足客户的期望。
4. 跟踪婚宴项目的执行过程，及时解决出现的问题，确保婚宴活动的圆满成功。
5. 收集市场信息，分析竞争对手动态，为公司的婚宴业务发展提供策略建议。
6. 定期向上级汇报工作进展，包括客户开发情况、项目执行情况、市场反馈等。
1. 大专及以上学历，福建区域国际品牌酒店相关工作经历优先。
2. 具备5年以上婚宴销售或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉婚宴市场运作流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。
4. 具备较强的组织协调能力和项目管理能力，能够高效安排婚宴活动的各项事宜。
5. 拥有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，能够准确把握市场动态和客户需求。
6. 工作认真负责，具有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。
