完成吧台准备工作——备好需要的所有用品、管理库存、确保所有设备都能正常工作
照看吧台——保持吧台干净整洁，时刻确保存酒安全
除大堂吧以外，还需监管户外花园设施设备和服务客人
处理现金和信用卡交易
精神饱满——穿着制服，展现自豪感
在同事需要帮助时，随时准备好承担其他临时职责
始终遵循安全和食品卫生程序
遵守我们的安全程序，佩戴必要的防护设备，协助打造安全的工作环境
保持非比寻常的洁净度——符合或超过当地洁净和卫生法律规定
需要时协助清洁工作和其他餐厅工作
帮助解答疑问或提出建议，为宾客提供更好的体验
在需要全员出动时，能够承担其他临时职责
