3. 与酒店同事建立并保持良好的工作关系。
4. 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议
5. 参加和参与计划好的培训课程。
6. 确保各项餐饮工作就绪为客人提供服务。
1. 大专以上学历，具备餐饮服务知识。酒店管理、餐饮管理、旅游管理等相关专业背景。
2. 具备良好的对客服务技能和应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3. 掌握餐厅服务规程。
4. 工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
5. 身体健康，仪表端庄。
