• 通过的回顾历史记录和预测的方法协助准备部门年度预算，有助于发展部门收入的预算目标。
• 协助餐厅经理负责餐厅每天的运营，努力降低成本、提高收入、特别是要使顾客满意、员工满意和使利润最大化
• 确保了解并执行洲际的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。
• 协助精确预测商业需求确保员工安置及食品制作。
• 确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
• 始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
• 执行洲际的卫生标准，每日对部门进行检查。
• 负责本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产。
• 做好每日预防性的维修检查。
• 始终贯彻洲际热情好客的原则。
• 编定有效的部门排班表。
• 负责所有财务的程序在本部门得到执行。
• 对于顾客的询问/关注，应在24小时内予以适当的答复。
• 协助餐厅经理制定营销计划并把他推向市场。
• 协助经理共同制定和实施对下级员工的月度培训计划。
• 按标准统一着装。
• 要成为员工的榜样、深入到员工之中去引导员工取得成功。
• 遵守所有公司政策和流程。
• 工作能力：至少二年的餐厅工作经验。
• 语言能力：流利的普通话，
流利的英语。
• 教育：大专学历及以上

• 同事须明了酒店是每周七天、每天二十四小时运转的行业。应工作需要，班次会随时相应调整。
• 管理层保留在没有提前通知的情况下对工作描述变更的权利。
