1.全面负责大堂吧的日常运作，包括开收档检查、人员排班、环境维护及设备保养
2.监督酒水、饮品的出品质量与速度，严格执行SOP（标准作业流程），确保每杯饮品、每份小食都符合奢华标准
3.针对餐饮收益、员工、市场等问题随时与餐厅经理保持有效沟通
4.制定和执行所在餐饮部门的经营策略以支持酒店整体业绩目标的完成
5.在餐厅/酒廊进行巡检，并适当的抽查以保证所有的设施能够达到或超越酒店标准
1.具备 2-3 年国际四星级或五星级酒店高端餐饮（大堂吧、酒吧、西餐厅）主管级工作经验，或有 5 年以上相关餐饮服务经验
2.了解各类酒水知识，熟悉高端服务礼仪与餐饮卫生安全法规
3.从容应对高强度的排班和工作节奏，能同时处理多项任务，并有效带领团队完成目标
4.出色的口头表达与跨部门协调能力；流利的普通话及基础英语口语是加分项（服务外宾必备）
5.形象气质佳，仪容整洁，符合奢华酒店的品牌形象要求
