1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上大堂吧或相关餐饮部门的工作经验。
3. 具备良好的服务意识和客户沟通能力，能够处理客户投诉和突发情况。
4. 熟悉大堂吧的运营流程和管理规范，具备物料管理和成本控制能力。
5. 具备较强的团队协作精神和领导能力，能够指导和激励员工。
