1. 了解洲际酒店集团人力资源和培训管理体系和标准，并遵照执行。
2. 分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求，针对需求制定策略，用培训业务计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。
3. 确保在以下方面有效的执行培训计划：
新员工入训
培训培训师
宾客服务培训
技术性职位的专门培训(部门规范程序证书)
监督管理技能培训
管理层发展
消防和生命安全培训
销售技巧
员工再培训
4. 与部门领导一起设计、制定和执行能夠符合具体的部门要求的培训计划，确保培训课程方案的制定，以及培训的有效性。监督每个部门培训计划的进展，确保实现培训目标，保存酒店全部的培训记录。参加部门的培训课程，评估表现。
5. 负责员工活动的策划、组织、实施。
6. 负责筹划酒店员工期刊。
7. 定期与员工交流思想，保持良好的员工关系。
8. 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
