培训副经理Asst. Training Manager

1. 支持完成年度培训战略与预算的制定与落地；Support and Develop the annual training strategy and budget.
2. 根据酒店战略及运营需求迭代酒店培训体系；Iterate the hotel training system in line with hotel strategy and operational needs.
3. 培训需求的诊断与课程开发；Diagnose training needs and develop corresponding curricula.
4. 培训组织实施与现场监督；Organize and supervise training delivery on-site.
5. 酒店内部培训师团队建设和认证；Build and certify the hotel’s internal trainer pool.
6. 培训效果的评估与闭环改进；Evaluate training effectiveness and drive closed-loop improvements.
7. 支持酒店关键人才发展项目，给予培训支持；Provide training support for key-talent development initiatives.
8. 通过活动、培训、后区设计等工作，促进企业文化和品牌服务渗透；Infuse corporate culture and brand service standards through events, training, and back-of-house design.
9. 整合酒店外部资源，对校企合作项目给予支持；Integrate external resources and support university–enterprise partnership programs.
10. 培训数据、资产和系统的管理，达到法律法规、洲际集团标准要求；Manage training data, assets, and systems to meet legal, regulatory, and IHG standards.

1. 优秀的中文口头与书面表达能力，具备基本的英文沟通能力；Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with basic English proficiency.
2. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件；Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. 具备良好的演讲技巧和课堂掌控能力；Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.
