培训主管Training Supervisor

Develop and implement monthly training plans in accordance with the hotel’s annual training plan.
1.根据酒店年度培训计划，完成月度培训计划制定与组织实施；
Collect training needs, conduct basic analysis, and carry out effectiveness evaluations.
2.采/收集培训需求，完成基础分析与效果评估执行；
According to operational needs, be capable of developing foundational courses, and assist in developing advanced courses and building the training system.
3.根据运营需求，能够完成基础课程开发，协助开发高阶课程与培训体系建设；
Build and maintain the internal trainer team and the hotel’s internal training network.
4.内训师队伍与酒店内部培训网络建设；
Be responsible for brand culture inheritance and service standard implementation; plan and organize employee activities.
5.负责品牌文化传承与服务标准落地，计划与组织员工活动；
Manage the digital training platform and maintain training records.
6.数字化培训管理平台及培训记录管理及维护；
Execute and manage training programs and resources in accordance with the annual training budget.
7.按照年度培训预算，执行/管理培训项目及培训资源；
Report progress and results to superiors in a timely manner.
8.及时向上级汇报执行进展和结果；

Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in hotel training; background in luxury hotel brands or InterContinental full service hotel brands is preferred.
1.具备2年以上酒店培训相关工作经验，有奢华酒店品牌/洲际全服务酒店品牌从业背景者优先；
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2.良好的中英文读写及沟通能力；
Excellent capabilities in course development and training delivery/presentation.
3.具备优秀的课程开发能力与授课表达能力；
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with online learning platforms and digital training tools; skilled in using image/video generation, editing, and clipping software.
4.精通微软办公软件，熟悉在线学习平台及数字化培训工具，熟练运用图片视频生成/编辑/剪辑软件；
Passionate about training work, with strong professionalism and a sense of responsibility.
5.对培训工作有热情，具备良好的职业素养与责任心；
Familiar with training process management; experience in independently leading training projects is preferred.
6.熟悉培训流程管理，有独立主导培训项目经验者优先；
