工作职责：
全盘负责酒店经营，主抓经营、质量、客源、收益、成本、渠道、疑难客诉等，完成酒店公司下达的经营预算指标，开拓市场，研究营销打法，争取客源；提升服务品质和宾客满意度，促进会员转化；负责酒店团队建设和培养，输出核心岗位后备人才；融入当地商圈，提升品牌知名度，做好政府及周边关系维护；酒店日常管理和问题处理；对酒店安全、舆情、廉洁及品牌利益等问题负责等。
岗位要求：
1、性别：不限； 年龄：不限；
2、学历要求：本科及以上；
3、专业要求：酒店管理、企业管理等相关专业；
4、相关工作年限：5-10年；
5、工作经验：具有累计5年以上企业工作经历或者相关的经济、法律、酒店管理等工作经历；
6、具有正常履行职责的身体条件，特别优秀或因工作特殊需要的人才可适当放宽条件；
