1. 负责咖啡厅日常运营管理，服务流程监督及现场服务质量把控；
2. 指导并培训服务员执行标准化操作，确保出品质量、服务规范与顾客体验一致性；
3. 处理顾客咨询、投诉及突发情况，及时协调解决，维护良好客户关系与品牌形象；
4. 确保所有食品和饮料准备、服务的方式，都安全卫生并符合洲际集团的食品安全管理系统的标准
1. 具备2年以上咖啡厅或精品餐饮服务一线经验，其中至少1年带班或协助管理经验；
2. 熟悉咖啡制作基础流程、饮品知识及服务标准，具备良好的沟通协调与团队协作能力；
3. 有一定英文基础，具有良好的服务态度。
