职责概述:
1.协助主厨，研制菜肴的新品种和更换菜谱;
2.严格按照菜谱、标准制作高品质食物，巡查各餐段的出品质量;
3.虚心听取员工的意见和要求，不断提高菜肴的质量，满足各种合理的员工要求;
4.检查厨师的工作程序，发现问题及时指出纠正;
5.协助主厨，监督落实消防安全条例及食品安全卫生制度;
6.保证厨房设施设备的正常运作和保养;
任职要求:
1.熟悉餐饮的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求;
2.1年以上同星级同岗位工作经验;
3.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。
