1、负责员工餐厅日常运营管理，确保餐饮服务高效有序进行
2、监督食品制作流程，把控菜品质量与卫生标准执行情况
3、合理安排员工排班，协调餐厅人员工作分工与调配
4、定期检查厨房设备运行状况，及时报修维护并确保安全使用
5、管理食材采购清单，控制成本并做好库存盘点记录
6、处理员工用餐期间的突发问题及投诉建议
7、组织餐厅清洁消毒工作，维护就餐环境整洁卫生
•完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
•食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或食品上岗证。
•具有基本的听说读写能力。
