Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

  • To check the hygiene for staff canteen and make sure it is clean and tidy. 

检查员工餐厅卫生,确保用餐环境的干净整洁。

  • Remind the staff not to waste food.

用餐时督促员工酌量提取,避免浪费。

  • To prepare the food for every shift according to the number of dinning

根据预计用餐人数,做好各班次的安排。

  • Provide necessary support to staff restaurant colleagues to prepare food effectively

协助员工餐厅其他同事有效地为酒店员工提供食品

  • Ensures safe and correct use of the equipment, tools and machinery.

保证安全、正确的使用设备、工具和机器。

  • Ensures that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

保证制服干净、整洁。

  • Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

参加所有相应级别的培训。

  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

维持一个安全可靠的工作环境。

  • Be aware of care, and adhere to occupational and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

强调保养职责,遵守工作区健康和安全法规,政策和程序。

  • Report any problem to supervisor to avoid any safety problem.

  • Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

RequiredSkills –

技能要求

·           Familiar with the cleaning procedure.

熟悉清洁卫生流程。

·           Familiar with any kinds of cooking knowledge and methods.

熟悉各种烹饪知识及技巧。

·           Good command of English and a good communicator.

·           With a very Proactive and positive attitude to work, anddemonstrate flexibility.

Qualifications –

学历

·           Senior High School qualification and above. Preferred –Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.

高中以上学历,最好是专业烹饪学校毕业

 

Experience –

经历

·           Min 2 years working experience.

至少2年相关岗位工作经验。
