1. 配合厨师长或厨师主管，准确控制食材用量和烹饪时间，保证菜品质量稳定，减少浪费。
2. 参与新菜品的研发与试制，结合市场趋势和顾客反馈，不断创新和优化菜单。
3. 负责厨房设备的日常维护和保养，确保设备正常运行，及时报告并处理设备故障。
4. 严格遵守食品安全和卫生规范，确保厨房环境整洁，食材储存和处理符合标准。
1. 具备中餐烹饪专业背景或相关培训经历；
2. 接受烹饪专业应届毕业生。
