8.必要时整理布置工作台，包括摆设，工具，设备和用品
9.保持卫生，清洁，安全和健康标准。检查所有工具，设备和包括烤箱在内的用品的卫生，运行和清洁情况，就有可能发生的严重问题提醒管理层
11.清洁和拆卸工作台并完成收尾工作，包括将脏的器具送到清洗站，消毒和清洁案板和工作台，为第二天的工作做好准备
