岗位职责:
1.在前台主管的领导下，负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记及退房手续，确保高效热情地完成本职工作。
2.熟悉酒店相关产品知识，向来店宾客推销客房。
3.熟悉前台接待及收银的各项专业技能，做好对客服务工作。
4.熟悉Opera系统，能够根据预订信息，快速准确地为客人提供查询及问询服务
5.熟悉认识酒店长住客及常住客，为贵宾提供温馨热情的对客服务。
6.完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作，
1.大专及以上学历。
2.性格开朗、工作踏实认真，具有较强的工作责任感及敬业精神。
3.了解掌握前台收银方面的财务知识。
