前台接待Front Desk Receptionist

1. 宾客接待与服务。以热情、专业和个性化的方式欢迎和接待所有抵店与离店宾客，高效、准确地为宾客办理入住、退房及换房手续。Welcome and receive all arriving and departing guests in the most warm, professional, and personalized manner. Execute efficient and accurate check-in, check-out, and rooming procedures.
2. 熟练操作酒店前台系统，确保所有交易和记录的准确性。Operate the hotel Property Management System proficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and records.
3. 处理各类问询、邮件及电话，并确保信息及时、准确地传递至相关部门。Handle all inquiries, emails, and telephone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate information relay to relevant departments.
4. 妥善处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，展现出色的应变能力和解决问题的技巧，确保宾客满意度。Manage guest complaints and special requests with tact and diplomacy, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. 严格执行付款政策，处理现金、信用卡、挂账等交易，确保账目清晰无误。Adhere to payment policies strictly, handle cash, credit card, and ledger transactions with precision.
6. 管理和更新宾客档案，记录个性化偏好，为宾客的再次光临奠定基础。Manage and update guest profiles, recording individual preferences to lay the foundation for return visits.

1. 教育：大专或以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。College diploma or above. A degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
2. 经验：1-2年在奢华酒店或高端服务业的前台工作经验。熟悉Opera系统者优先考虑。 1-2 years of front office experience in a luxury hotel or high-end service industry. Prior experience with Opera PMS is a significant advantage.
3. 语言：普通话标准流利，具备基本的英文沟通能力；Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with basic English proficiency.
