【岗位职责】
1、负责前台接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及提供问询服务
2、处理客人投诉及特殊需求，确保客人满意度
3、维护前台区域整洁有序，保持专业服务形象
4、协助管理客房状态，及时更新房态信息
5、处理现金及信用卡交易，确保账目准确
6、配合其他部门完成接待相关工作

1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力
2、能够熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统
3、具备基本的英语交流能力
4、能适应轮班工作制（包括夜班）
5、有酒店前台工作经验者优先
6、形象端正，举止得体
