1、随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量称呼客人姓氏
2 、按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间
3、 履行入住、退房和换房手续，并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整地输入酒店电脑系统
4、按照酒店财务政策，为住店客人提供外币和旅行支票的兑换服务。
5、熟知所有促销活动，如：季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及优悦会计划
7、每月完成忠诚客户经理下派的优悦会会员招募目标
8、确保熟练使用PMS系统
9、全面了解标准的预订工作程序，包括如何正确使用表格，以及如何在预订系统内对房源情况进行解读等
1、酒店管理、旅游管理、英语或相关专业专科以上学历；
2、具备较强的沟通能力，英语口语良好；
3、良好的形象气质。
