职位概述
1、负责所有与前台相关的活动，如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助处理客人的问询等。
2、随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字。
3、处理客人的投诉、问询和请求。
4、随时保持前台工作区域的整洁和有序。
5、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。
任职要求
1、拥有一年宾客服务部工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2、良好的英语口语。
3、具有良好的服务意识。
