1.承担酒店前台接待工作，涵盖入住登记、退房结算等一系列操作，确保流程高效、准确。
2.以专业、热情的态度为客人提供全方位服务，包括解答咨询、处理需求、解决突发问题等，提升客人入住体验。
3.严格遵循酒店前台工作流程和服务标准，独立且妥善地处理各类常见问题，保障前台工作有序开展。
4.适应倒班工作制度，包括夜班、节假日值班等，始终保持良好工作状态，满足酒店运营需求。
1.大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、外语等相关专业优先考虑，为岗位提供专业基础支撑。
2.具备出色的外语听说读写能力，能熟练运用英语（或其他主要客源国语言）与客人进行无障碍交流，为外宾提供高品质服务。
3.熟练掌握酒店前台操作系统，可快速、精准地完成各项前台业务操作。
4.拥有良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用 Word、Excel 等办公软件，能够进行数据统计与分析，为工作提供数据支持。
5.掌握基本礼仪知识和服务技巧，形象气质佳，沟通能力强，以专业、热情的形象为客人服务。
6.具有 1 年以上酒店前台接待或相关服务行业工作经验者优先。熟悉酒店前台工作流程和服务标准，能独立应对常见问题及突发状况。
7.具备强烈的服务意识和责任心，始终将客人需求放在首位，为客人提供优质、高效的服务。
8.拥有良好的应变能力和问题解决能力，面对客人投诉和紧急情况时，能保持冷静，迅速采取有效措施解决问题。
