- Under the supervisor of the front desk delegate and within the limits of establish inter –continental hotels group brand and local policies and procedures, responsible for all activities relevant to the front desk such as check in, check out, arranging the rooms, foreign currencies exchange and helping guests.
- 按照洲际酒店集团标准,在前台主管领导下,提供接待客人入住、退房、客人房间分配、外币兑换、对客人提供帮助等服务。
- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.
- 随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人,并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字。
- Based on inter-continental hotel group standards, serving for all the guests, such as check in, check out, change rooms, and ensures all the data completely into the opera system.
- 按照集团标准为客人办理入住、退房和换房程序,并确保所有资料都输入酒店系统。
- Maintains cashier float and ensures the received cash corrected.
- 维持现金流动,确保收到的现金准确。
- Responsible for everyday POS machine’s balance, ensure the same day credit card balance.
- 负责POS机的每日结算,确保当天的信用卡业务的准确性。
- Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travellers checks and assists with currency exchange.
- 为酒店客人的个人支票及旅行支票兑换现金,并协助进行外汇兑换。
- Providing the service of safe box for the hotel guests.
- 为客人提供保险箱服务。
- Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs such as; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also Intercontinental Hotels Group Loyalty programs.
- 熟知所有特别促销活动,如:季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及洲际酒店集团忠实方案。
- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees problems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if you are unable to assist
- 处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则将问题转给主管或者大堂经理。
- Responsible for joining the intercontinental hotel group rewards club member and member recognition.
- 负责优悦会会员的引入及认知。
- Responsible for upselling.
- 负责酒店房间的升级销售。
- Assisting with sales department, dealing with the billing of group, company and agent.
- 与销售部协调团队、公司、旅行社账目。
- Responsible for the rebate 、paid out、payment、and balance transfer.
- 负责账目的扣减、现金支出、付款及转移。
- Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
- 尽量让住店客人对你所提供的服务满意,在客人离店时,对酒店留下好的印象。
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures, when the reservation department after work, the receptionist will be responsible for the same day reservations.
- 全面了解标准的预订工作程序,当预订部下班时,负责酒店的当天预定。
- Responsible for uploading all the guests data to PSB system in correct.
- 负责将客人正确信息上传至旅馆业治安管理信息系统。
- When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary work for tomorrow.
- 在值班时检查夜班报告,准备早班报告,并为第二天的工作做必要的准备。
- Try our best to make sure our guest satisfaction, particularly the members and the vip guests.
- 使客人满意,尤其是会员和vip客人的服务。
- Required Skills –技能要求
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others.
- 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
- Fluent English or Second Language.
- 英语流利或者第二种外语。
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
- 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
