1. 负责来访人员的接待与登记，提供良好的第一印象服务
2. 协助接听前台电话，准确转接来电并传递信息
3. 配合完成日常办公物资的领取、发放及基础行政支持工作
4. 协助整理和维护前台区域的整洁与秩序
5. 完成上级交办的其他辅助性事务
1. 大专学历，专业不限，应届毕业生或在校实习生优先
2. 普通话标准，具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识
3. 熟练使用常用办公软件，如Word、Excel等
4. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备基本的团队协作能力
