1. 负责前台区域的日常接待工作，确保前台服务流程顺畅，提升客户满意度。
2. 监督并指导前台员工的工作表现，包括接待客户、解答咨询、处理投诉等，确保服务质量符合标准。
3. 收集并分析客户反馈，为前台服务的持续改进提供数据支持。
4. 协调前台与其他部门之间的沟通与合作，确保客户需求得到及时响应和解决。
5. 其他部门负责人分配的工作内容。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、熟悉前台的各项业务。
3、精通前台的各项接待程序，沟通能力较强，解决工作中的各种疑难，处理各种投诉。
4、要求有国际品牌酒店工作经验。
