1. 统筹管理前台日常运营工作,包括来访接待、电话接听、邮件收发、会议支持及办公环境协调等;
2. 负责前台团队的排班安排、业务培训与绩效辅导,提升服务标准化与响应效率;
3. 协同行政、人事、IT等部门,优化前台服务流程,推动跨部门协作事项落地;
4. 管理前台物资、登记台账及基础数据统计,确保信息记录准确、完整、可追溯;
5. 应对突发事件(如访客纠纷、紧急联络等),按公司制度及时上报并妥善处理。
1. 大专及以上学历,行政管理、工商管理、文秘等相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年以上大型企业前台或行政服务管理经验,有团队管理经验者优先;
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、服务意识和应变能力,形象得体,亲和力强;
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件及常用办公设备,具备基础的数据整理与文档管理能力;
5. 遵守职业操守,严格保守企业及员工相关信息,无违法违纪记录。
