1. 负责前厅运作的合理高效及盈利。
2. 明确前厅员工的岗位和责任，确保工作流程合理。
3. 确保前厅部员工高效、快速、礼貌地处理客人登记。从抵店到进入房间向客人传递优质的服务体验。
4. 保持良好的对客关系，并协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。
1. 大专及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验优先，有洲际酒店管理集团工作经验优先。
2. 熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
3. 督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。
4. 有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
5. 英语对话流利，有较强的协调管理能力。
