Salary: 2400 - 2800
1. 协助完成宾客入住、退房、问询、预订等前厅基础服务工作，确保服务流程规范、高效、友好；
2. 配合部门开展日常运营支持工作，包括但不限于单据整理、系统录入、信息传达及跨部门协作；
3. 在带教导师指导下参与服务标准学习与实操训练，持续提升职业素养与岗位胜任能力。
1. 全日制本科院校在读学生，专业不限，酒店管理、旅游管理、外语类等相关专业优先；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识和团队协作精神，能适应轮班工作安排；
3. 普通话标准，具备基础英语听说能力，能使用办公软件完成日常事务处理。
