1. 确保通过对客人的认知和关注，提高客人对酒店整体入住体验的满意度。
2. 根据已制定的工作标准，为所有客人提供登记入住及房间介绍服务。
3. 关注客人的投诉，需求及需要，如无法解决将问题汇报至值班经理
4. 宣传推广酒店内部的设施。
5. 确保所有的回头客及其他重要客人得到特别的认知和服务。
6. 保持符合酒店标准的仪容仪表。
7. 及时准确的回应所有客人的要求，并通过自己的专业知识为客人提供最好的建议。
1. 优秀的沟通表达能力。
2. 基本的英语沟通会话能力。
3. 能适应倒班工作.
