岗位要求：
1. 有志在酒店行业发展的学生，主要招收专业为酒店管理、旅游管理、英语等方向，热爱酒店事业的其他专业方向也会择优考虑。
2. 在校实习生实习期不少于6个月，毕业实习可适当考虑放宽时间。
3. 热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
4. 有一定的英文基础，基本对客服务的会话能力，热情开朗，热爱学习。
5. 适应岗位轮班制度。
薪资待遇：
1. 每周工作五天，工作日三餐工作餐
2. 免费提供宿舍
3. 班次津贴（夜班/两头班）
4. 完善的培训计划，为实习生量身打造的系统培训
5. 实习生活动（年会/每月生日会/英语培训/节日庆祝活动）
