1. 负责前厅部的日常运营管理工作,确保前厅服务流程的顺畅执行,提升顾客满意度。
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the front office department, ensuring the smooth implementation of front office service processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
2. 监督并指导前厅员工的服务标准,包括但不限于接待、咨询、预订、结账等环节,确保服务质量达到酒店标准。
Supervise and guide the service standards of front desk staff, including but not limited to reception, consultation, booking, checkout, etc., to ensure that the service quality meets the hotel standards.
3. 协调与其他部门(如客房部、餐饮部等)的沟通与合作,确保顾客需求得到全面满足。
Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments (such as housekeeping, catering, etc.) to ensure that customer needs are fully met.
4. 处理顾客投诉与建议,及时响应并解决顾客在前厅遇到的问题,维护良好的客户关系。
Handle customer complaints and suggestions, respond promptly and solve problems encountered by customers in the front desk, and maintain good customer relationships.
5. 制定并执行前厅部的培训计划,提升员工业务能力和服务水平,打造高效团队。
Develop and implement training plans for the front office department to enhance employees' business skills and service levels, and build an efficient team.
6. 监控前厅部的成本控制,包括但不限于人力成本、物料消耗等,确保部门运营的经济效益。
Monitor the cost control of the front office department, including but not limited to labor costs, material consumption, etc., to ensure the economic efficiency of departmental operations.
7. 参与制定并执行前厅部的营销策略,提升酒店品牌形象和市场竞争力。
Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the front office department to enhance the hotel's brand image and market competitiveness.
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
College degree or above, preferably in hotel management, tourism management or related majors.
2. 具备3年以上前厅管理工作经验,熟悉酒店前厅运作流程和服务标准。
Having over 3 years of experience in front desk management, familiar with hotel front desk operation processes and service standards.
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够与顾客、员工及各部门有效沟通,解决复杂问题。
Having good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and various departments to solve complex problems.
4. 具备较强的服务意识和团队管理能力,能够激发员工积极性,提升团队整体绩效。
Having strong service awareness and team management skills, able to stimulate employee
enthusiasm and improve overall team performance.
5. 熟练掌握前厅管理软件及办公软件的操作,具备良好的数据分析能力。
Having good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and various departments to solve complex problems.
6. 具备较强的应变能力和抗压能力,能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效和冷静。
Having strong adaptability and stress resistance, able to maintain efficiency and calmness in a fast-paced work environment.
7. 具备良好的职业形象和职业素养,能够代表酒店树立良好的对外形象。
Having a good professional image and professional ethics, able to represent the hotel and establish a good external image.
