【职位概述】
• 制作、供应并储存各种冷柜食品
• 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度
【工作职责】
• 保持厨房的卫生。
• 清洁厨房和设备。
• 保持个人卫生。
• 负责各类冷菜食材的挑选、清洗、切割等前期处理工作。
• 根据菜品要求，进行适当的调味和腌制工作。
• 严格遵守卫生标准，保持冷菜间的清洁与卫生。
• 严格遵守食品安全卫生标准，确保食材的新鲜和卫生。
• 合理使用食材，控制成本，避免浪费。
• 与其他厨师和厨房工作人员密切合作，确保餐饮服务的顺利进行。
• 关注顾客对冷菜的反馈，及时调整和改进菜品。
技能要求
• 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
• 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
学历
• 餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
经历
• 2年厨师工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
