1、负责冷菜间的日常运营管理，确保冷菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求
2、制定冷菜菜单，研发新菜品，定期更新菜品以满足客户需求
3、监督冷菜制作流程，控制食材成本，合理规划原材料采购与库存管理
4、培训并指导冷菜厨师团队，提升团队专业技能与工作效率
5、检查冷菜间设备运行状况，确保设备正常使用并维护良好
6、严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度，确保冷菜间符合相关法规及酒店标准
1、具备冷菜制作相关经验，熟悉各类冷菜加工工艺及摆盘技巧
2、了解食品安全法规及卫生标准，持有健康证等相关资质
3、具备一定的团队管理能力，能够有效协调冷菜间工作安排
4、责任心强，注重细节，能够承受高强度工作压力
5、具备创新意识，能够根据市场需求调整菜品结构
6、良好的沟通能力，能与其他部门高效协作
