负责冷菜区域的日常运营管理,合理安排岗位人员工作,确保出品效率与质量
根据菜单标准和食品安全规范,监督冷菜制作流程,保证菜品口味、摆盘及卫生符合要求
协助研发新菜品,定期优化现有冷菜品种,提升顾客用餐体验
严格执行食品安全与操作规范,落实原料验收、储存、加工等环节的管理要求
负责本区域设备维护、物料盘点及成本控制,减少浪费,保障运营效益
配合上级完成培训计划,指导下属员工提升技能水平与服务意识
具备中专或以上学历,烹饪相关专业优先,持有有效的健康证明。
熟悉冷菜制作工艺,具有3年以上餐饮行业冷菜岗位工作经验,1年以上带班或管理经验
具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力,能在高强度工作环境下稳定履职
对工作认真负责,注重细节,有较强的执行力和问题解决能力
