1. 负责全日餐厅日常菜品的加工、烹饪及出品工作，确保食品质量与口味稳定。
2. 严格按照食品安全与卫生标准操作，维护厨房区域的清洁与安全。
3. 协助厨师长进行菜单研发与成本控制，优化菜品制作流程。
4. 根据营业需求完成食材准备、配餐及现场烹饪任务，保证出餐效率。
5. 配合团队完成各类餐饮服务保障工作，包括但不限于自助餐、团体用餐等。
1. 具备中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，烹饪相关专业优先。
2. 拥有2年以上酒店或餐饮企业厨房岗位工作经验，熟悉中西式菜肴制作。
3. 掌握基本的食品营养与食品安全知识，持有有效的健康证明。
4. 具备良好的团队协作能力与抗压能力，能适应轮班工作安排。
5. 热爱烹饪事业，工作认真负责，具有较强的服务意识和执行力。
