1. 为到店儿童及陪同家长提供热情、耐心、细致的餐饮服务，包括点餐引导、餐品递送、用餐陪伴与基础互动；
2. 保持就餐区域整洁有序，及时清理桌面卫生，确保符合食品安全与儿童安全规范；
3. 观察儿童行为状态，发现异常（如过敏反应、跌倒、情绪剧烈波动等）及时报告主管并协助处置；
4. 严格遵守门店服务标准、操作流程及未成年人保护相关管理规定。
1. 年满18周岁，身心健康，无传染性疾病，具备正常履行岗位职责的身体条件；
2. 具备良好的沟通能力、亲和力与责任心，热爱儿童服务工作，有幼教、保育、儿童活动执行等相关经验者优先；
3. 具备基本食品安全常识，接受岗前健康体检及服务规范培训；
4. 遵守劳动法律法规，无违法犯罪记录，能提供合法有效的身份证明及劳动关系材料；
