1. 向客人、会员和来访者提供及时、高效和礼貌的服务。
2. 按照既定次序和清洁标准来维护健身俱乐部设施。
3. 向主管汇报维修和保养问题。
4. 熟悉酒店的设施、活动、设备、服务和其它相关情况，以便向客人提供准确信息。
5. 确保充分供应客人的用品、毛巾、布草等。
6. 遵守酒店关于泳池毛巾的发放和回收的工作程序。
7. 与关联部门，如洗衣房、客房部和工程部进行沟通，以向客人提供上乘服务。
8. 为客人、会员和已登记的儿童开展活动与服务，对其做相关说明并提醒其注意安全。
9. 遵守酒店的各项规章制度、政策和工作程序。
10. 对游泳池进行定期视察，以确保其达到清洁标准。
11. 参加排定的培训活动。
12. 遵守规定的卫生和个人仪容标准。
