1. 负责健身中心前台接待与会员咨询服务，包括入会办理、课程预约、场地使用登记等日常事务；
2. 维护场馆秩序与环境卫生，协助教练及运营团队做好课前准备、器材巡检与基础维护；
3. 及时响应会员需求与反馈，协调处理简单服务问题，提升客户体验与满意度；
4. 协助开展活动支持、宣传物料整理及基础数据录入等行政辅助工作。
1. 高中及以上学历，专业不限，有服务行业或健身场馆实习/工作经验者优先；
2. 具备1年以上客户服务或前台接待类岗位工作经验；
3. 形象端正，沟通表达清晰，具备良好的服务意识、责任心和团队协作能力；
4. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末及节假日值班。
