Salary: 6500 - 7000
1. 负责营业期间现场运营管理，统筹协调各岗位工作，保障服务流程顺畅与客户体验质量；
2. 处理突发运营事件及客户投诉，及时响应并按规范流程上报、跟进与闭环；
3. 监督员工出勤、服务标准执行及基础设备运行情况，确保符合安全与合规要求；
4. 完成日常经营数据记录与交接班信息汇总，协助上级开展基础运营分析与改进。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备1年及以上服务行业或零售/餐饮/物业等一线管理相关工作经验；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力和团队协作意识；
4. 能适应轮班制工作安排，责任心强，具备基本的数据记录与文档处理能力。
