【岗位职责】
1. 负责当班事宜分配，跟进工程单，及时解决工程问题
2. 协助以及向副、总工程师负责酒店设施情况，包括部门当班运行情况
3. 值班工程师要及时进行抢修，安装，预防维护以及日常机电设备操系统运行操作，包括程建筑装簧, 消防报警系统，灭火系统，楼宇自控系统，锅炉房，配电房，传呼系统，电子门锁系统，会议及办公设备等等，使设备处在高效和经济的状态下运行
4. 发展和建立申请维修程序和预防维护计划，保证工作得到落实，完成和符合标准
5. 根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作，保证员工严格按照设备安全和节约能源的特性进行操作
【岗位要求】
1. 具有机电维修，维护和锅炉维护知识和技能
2. 了解电脑基础知识和应用软件知识
3. 有至少5年相关行业工作经验，国际连锁酒店工作经验优先
