1.服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。
2.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
3.保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。
4.加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。
5.一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。
6.一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。
1.具有高中以上文化程度以上的退伍军人。
2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确，有责任心。
3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
