5.在运营的各个方面始终主动为客人提供服务;
6.及时有效地处理客人的查询，从而保证客人满意。
45周岁以下
1.具有高中以上文化程度。或退伍军人。
2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
4.身体健康， 有良好的语言沟通能力，具有一定的服务意识和团队合作能力。
